Party Guidelines & Policies

• Outside Food & Drinks: You are welcome to bring outside food and drinks; however, these must remain in the designated eating area.

• Dates & Times: Party dates and times are subject to availability, so please book early to secure your preferred slot.

• Alcohol: No alcohol is permitted in the studio at any time.

• Maximum Capacity: Our studio can accommodate up to 30 people, including both adults and children.

• Reservations & Deposits: To reserve your party, a nonrefundable deposit is required. Please call or text us at 425-588-9320 to secure your spot.

• Payment: Full payment is due 10 days prior to the party.

• Extended Parties: Need extra time? Parties can be extended in 30-minute increments, subject to availability and no conflicts with other scheduled parties.

• Socks Requirement: For safety and hygiene, socks are required in the play area for all participants.

• Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Parties cancelled less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.

  • Parties cancelled more than 30 days in advance will receive a refund minus the nonrefundable deposit.
